He’s mourning the loss of his mom, Betty Sue Crockett, who passed away over the weekend after a battle with cancer.  Betty was only 63, which I’m sure feels way too young to her family, who called her a “loving wife, mother, cabinet maker and an amazing cook to her family and friends.”

Coming to a TV near you: Craig Morgan. The guy loves to hunt, fish, ride on dangerous things and sometimes fall off of them, so it makes sense that the Outdoor Channel would want to follow him around with cameras. “Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors” premieres this Saturday at 11 am.

Well, it’s only shocking because, really, who records songs in bathrooms? Craig Morgan does, apparently. He was on the road and suddenly had the idea to turn “Bonfire” into a Christmas song. He had a right equipment in his hotel room, and the best acoustics were in the bathroom, so that’s where he recorded the new Christmas lyrics. To be more specific, it was in room 418 at the Holiday Inn Express in Kennesaw, Georgia. If you’re ever in town, it’s the Craig Morgan Bathroom Suite…ask for it by name.
