Also not for kids. But I have to say I am kind of amused by a new phenomenon on Twitter: fake celeb sites that exist just to make jokes about other celebs. If you want to know what I’m talking about, and you’re not afraid of a few dirty jokes and jabs at country stars, you should check out either NotJakeOwen or NotKennyRogers. Now how do I know these sites aren’t run by Jake and Kenny, just looking to let off a little steam? Well, folks, there’s just no way either of them would take these shots at their fellow country stars. I have no idea who is doing these tweets, but my guess is it’s a Nashville insider who is venting for some reason. So check them out if you dare, but don’t say I didn’t warn you!

There’s a guy in England who had a stroke, and as a result has a type of blindness where he only sees partially. Example: at his computer screen, he might only see one side of it. So doctors started experimenting with things that might activate his brain in different ways. They started playing his favorite music, which happens to be Kenny Rogers, and what do you know??? Suddenly he could see better. So this man, who’s in his 70s, says he’s going to get one of those newfangled music player thingies and play Kenny Rogers all the time. Now he can go to that website menwholooklikekennyrogers.com and see ALL the men who look like Kenny Rogers.

This story made me laugh out loud: Some guy named Raj Rajaratnam was just arrested last week on Wall Street for insider trading. And now that he’s in the pokey, a neighbor of his told a story about a birthday party he recently had where he hired Kenny Rogers to sing. Paid him $4 million, in fact! So when Kenny showed up at the dude’s penthouse, turned out the guy just wanted him to sing the Gambler, over and over and over! After the twelfth time, the neighbor says, Kenny finally just said no thank you. No word on whether he had to give back any of the $4 million bucks, but there you go!
